Los mismos ofrecieron el ejemplo de que si la carrera es el domingo, lo ideal es descansar el viernes, a 48 horas de la carrera y el s\u00e1bado, a 24 horas de la prueba salir a joggear suave de 4 a 5 kil\u00f3metros. Los entrevistados indicaron que esto es lo justo para calentar bien todos los m\u00fasculos y articulaciones <strong>En la jerga de los corredores a esto le llaman \u201chacer una activaci\u00f3n pre carrera\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Correr el d\u00eda antes seg\u00fan se menciona es una pr\u00e1ctica que ayuda bajar la tensi\u00f3n y nerviosismo que se suele tenerse antes de una carrera.
